Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to official respondents to conduct fair and prompt investigation against the accused in complaint dated 5.7.2017, lodged at Police Station Dasua, District Hoshiarpur. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioners have made a representation dated 10.7.2017 (Annexure P3) to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, District Hoshiarpur, but the same remained unattended till now.
