(ORAL) Petitioners have filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for quashing of FIR No.96 dated 03.09.2022, registered under Sections 307, 324 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Hariana, District Hoshiarpur (Annexure P-1) along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 01.03.2023 (Annexure P-2) qua the petitioners.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
