The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 24.12.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-37938-2025.

In compliance of the order dated 24.12.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-37938-2025, compliance affidavit dated 21.04.2026 of Renu Bala, IFS, Divisional Forest Officer, along with copy of authority letter/directions dated 22.01.2026 (Annexure R-1) and speaking order dated 04.02.2026 (Annexure R-2), has been filed on behalf of respondent No.3; compliance report by way of affidavit dated 27.04.2026 of Deepak Nanda, HFS, Divisional Forest Officer, Rewari, along with speaking order dated

-220.02.2026 (Annexure R-1), has been filed on behalf of respondent No.6; compliance report by way of affidavit dated 29.04.2026 of Praveen Kumar, HFS, Divisional Forest Officer, Nuh, along with speaking order dated 22.04.2026 (Annexure R-1), has been filed on behalf of respondent No.9 in the Registry and reply by way of affidavit dated 27.04.2026 of Suresh Kumar Punia, Divisional Forest Officer, Palwal, along with speaking order dated 06.02.2026 (Annexure R-1), has been filed on behalf of respondent No.5; reply by way of affidavit dated 04.05.2026 of Jhalkar Uyake, Deputy Conservator of Forest, Faridabad, along with speaking orders dated 12.02.2026 (Annexures R-1 & R-2) has been filed on behalf of respondent No.2 and speaking order dated 16.04.2026 passed by the Deputy Conservator Forest, Gurugram, have been filed in Court. The same are taken on record.

A perusal of the aforesaid compliance affidavits/speaking orders shows that order dated 24.12.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-37938-2025 has been complied with.

In view of the above, since order dated 24.12.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-37938-2025, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 5.

Needless to say that the petitioners are at liberty to avail remedy as is available to them in accordance with law to challenge the aforesaid speaking orders.
