Notice of motion was issued and pursuant thereto, reply was filed on behalf of the State.

After arguing the case at considerable length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to the petitioner to raise all possible pleas available to him before the learned trial court.

Permission is granted.
