The present civil revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the impugned order dated 05.02.2026 passed by the learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ludhiana, whereby the learned Executing Court has issued warrants of possession against the judgment debtors, including the petitioner. 2.
Notice of motion.

Mr. Gagandeep Singh Virk, Advocate, appears on behalf of respondent No.1, accepts notice and has furnished the Memorandum of Appearance, which is taken on record.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a copy of the order dated 23.03.2026 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in CR-559-2026, which is taken on record. He submits that the KANCHAN 2026.03.27 13:47 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
CR-2425-2026(O&M) Coordinate Bench has allowed the said revision petition and set aside the impugned order dated 26.11.2025, which forms the basis of the present execution proceedings. Consequently, it is contended that no effective relief survives for adjudication in the present petition. 5.
Learned counsel for the petitioner acceded to the same. 6.
In view of the above submission, the present civil revision petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. 7.
