Learned counsel for the petitioner places reliance on two orders of this Court dated 1.7.2015 passed in CRM-M-20540 of 2015 (Balwant Singh @ Vicky Vs. State of Punjab and dated 6.7.2015 passed in CRM-M-20595 of 2015 (Daya Singh Vs. State of Punjab) (Annexure P-2 colly), to contend that since case of the present petitioner is identically placed with his abovesaid co-accused, he is also entitled for the concession bail pending trial. He prays for allowing the present petition.

CRM-M-26283 of 2015 Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Balwanjit Singh, submits that case of the petitioner is also identically placed with his abovesaid co-accused namely, Balwant Singh @ Vicky and Daya Singh.
In view of the above and without commenting anything further on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, present petition is allowed. Petitioner is directed to be released on bail pending trial, on his furnishing adequate bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of learned trial court. Disposed of, accordingly.
