Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for setting aside the order dated 02.04.2021, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Abohar (Annexure P-7), whereby, the cross-examination of RW-1 Neeraj Kumar and RW-2 Surinder Kumar has been ordered to be marked as NIL. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous since the main petition has already been decided by the trial Court.
