Prayer in this petition filed under Section 438 CrPC is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.15 dated 01.03.2020 under Sections 379-B, 353, 186, 224, 225, 427, 148, 149 IPC registered at Police Station Ajitwal, District Moga. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that pursuant to order dated 05.06.2020 of this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation.

Criminal Misc. No.M-14150 of 2020 -2Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sukhdev Singh, does not dispute the fact that the petitioners have joined the investigation and submits that the custodial interrogation of the petitioners is no more required.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. Considering the fact that the petitioners have joined investigation and their custodial interrogation is no more required, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 05.06.2020 is made absolute.

However, the petitioners shall join the investigation as and when directed by the investigating agency and shall abide by the terms and conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. September 10, 2020 ( HARI PAL VERMA ) AK JUDGE Whether speaking / reasoned?
