The petitioner, pursuant to the interim order dated 25.1.2016 has already put in appearance before the Area Magistrate, as per the instructions of HC Balraj Singh, imparted to the learned State counsel. On the instructions of the said police official, State counsel has informed that offence u/s 326 IPC has been substituted with offence u/s 324 IPC and that challan has not yet been presented. The petition is allowed. Interim order dated 25.1.2016 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner will remain on bail against the bail bonds already furnished subject to the condition that he will continue to appear before the trial court and will not absent himself without any sufficient cause.
