*** The parties to this litigation have settled the dispute by way of compromise and the Insurance Company has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.8,000/- over & above the amount already granted by the Tribunal. Let the amount be deposited with the concerned MACT within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order by the Insurance Company. In case the amount is not deposited as stated above, the Insurance Company shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% from the date of order till payment. The amount, if deposited, be paid to Sh. Shamsher Singh S/o of the deceased Gulab Singh.
