Notice of the application.
On asking of the Court, Mr. J.S. Ghuman, D.A.G, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, the application is allowed and the order dated 04.06.2020 is modified to the extent that petitioner shall deposit bank surety of Rs.2,00,000/- before the Duty Magistrate/Chief Judicial Magistrate.

Crl. Misc. No. M-14039 of 2020 anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.14 dated 25.02.2020 , registered at Police Station Sadar, District Hoshiarpur (Punjab), who have been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC and Section 13 of Punjab Travel Professional (Regulation) Act. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Rashinder Pal Singh, has informed that in compliance of order dated 04.06.2020 passed by this Court, the petitioner had joined the investigation and he is no longer required for custodial interrogation.
In view of the said fact, interim order dated 04.06.2020 passed by this Court is made absolute, subject to the conditions, as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C However, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh bail bonds after presentation of the challan.
