The present appeal pertains to the year 1996. Vide order dated 10.01.2024 fresh notices were issued to the parties. As per the office report, appellant Nos.1 and 2 stand duly served. Notice issued to respondent No.1 received back with the that he has refused to accept the summons and affixation was done. Respondent No.2 also stands duly served. No one has put in appearance on behalf of appellant Nos.1 and 2 despite service. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal. 2.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
