**** SABINA, J Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 for issuance of direction to respondents for conducting of fair and impartial inquiry in FIR No.4 dated 12.01.2011, under Section 377 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at police Station Sidhwan Bet, District Ludhiana Rural from some senior police officer not below the rank of IPS or through CBI/State Vigilance Bureau. As per the latest status report placed on record by the learned State counsel, after completion of investigation and necessary formalities, challan has been presented against accused Sukhvinder Singh and Parveen Singh after arresting

So far as Accused Mahavir @ Kala is concerned, he could not be arrested and proceedings have been initiated against him under Sections 82/83 Cr.P.C. and subsequently challan would be presented against him as soon as he is arrested. So far as accused Balraj Singh @ Raju is concerned, he has been found innocent during investigation. In view of the latest status report filed by leanred State counsel, no ground for further interference by this Court, is made out.

Petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
