(Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondent No.1 to get the enquiry conducted into the complaint made by the petitioner dated 20.09.2025 (Annexure P-3), subsequent reminders dated 02.11.2025, 29.11.2025 and 02.02.2026 (Annexures P-7 to P-9, respectively) and further to direct respondent No.1 to suspend respondents No.4 to 6, during the course of enquiry to maintain impartiality and fairness. After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to invoke the alternative remedy on the same cause of action in accordance with law.
