Thereafter, on 18.07.2022, the case was adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner. Today, a written request has been circulated on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner for an adjournment on the ground that he is not feeling well.

In the interest of justice, adjourned to 11.01.2023. It is made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted."
