Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondents No. 2 & 3 to conduct the fair and impartial investigation in case FIR No. 119 dated 3.7.2017, registered under Sections 341, 376, 506 & 34 IPC and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 at Police Station Kharar, District Mohali, from some senior police official. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made a representations dated 7.7.2017 & 14.7.2017 (Annexures P2 & P3) to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, S.A.S.Nagar, but the same remained unattended till now.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, S.A.S.Nagar, Mohali, is directed to look into the representation dated 14.7.2017 (Annexure P3) and take required action, if any, as per law.
