None * * * * This appeal is of the year 1997 and had arisen out of Civil Suit filed in the year 1991 for declaration and permanent injunction. The respondents in this case are not represented by a counsel and one of the respondents has actually refused to accept notice. Mr. Raj Mohan Singh, Advocate, who filed this appeal, has since been elevated to the bench of this Court. In these circumstances, notice was sent to the appellant and the same has been received back unserved with the report, 'not residing at the given address.' There is no representation on behalf of any of the parties in this case and in our view, no useful purpose would be served by keeping this appeal pending.
