**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 45 dated 24.4.2015, registered under Sections 376-D, 506, 342, 120-B IPC, Police Station Ajnala, District. The petitioner is a proclaimed offender. The allegations against the petitioner are serious. The allegations are that the petitioner with some other men had got his wife kidnapped. Allegations of rape were levelled against the other persons. No ground for bail is made out. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the direction may be issued to the trial Court to decide the application for regular bail expeditiously.

Petition is dismissed.

The petitioner would surrender within a week and file an application for regular bail. Thereupon the Court concerned would dispose of the application expeditiously.
