Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail in FIR No.222 dated 10.06.2015 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 201 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Civil Shivaji Colony, Rohtak, District Rohtak. Prosecution story, in brief, is that complainant had lost his wallet on 08.07.2014. He had reported the matter to the police. Thereafter, he came to know that Deepak had got issued a sim card in the name of the complainant and had handed over the same to petitioner No.1.

Heard.

Petitioners are in custody since 26.06.2015. In view of the facts and circumstances of the present case, it would be
