(ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 98 dated 31.05.2018 registered under Sections 323, 341, 148 and 149 IPC (Sections 307 and 324 IPC added later on vide DDR No. 19 dated 02.06.2018) at Police Station Sadar, Patti, Tarn Taran. Heard.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Naib Singh, states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated 06.07.2018, is made absolute. The petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
