******* ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.74 dated 11.05.2020 under Sections 354, 354D, 341, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station City I Malerkotla, District Sangrur.

While granting interim bail to the petitioner, following order was passed by this Court on 06.07.2020: - "...Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the allegations against the petitioner are that he has been harassing and threatening the complainant. He also contends that the petitioner is 16 years of age, as his date of birth is 27.12.2003. He has referred to the copies of the passport and school certificate of the petitioner at Annexure P-2 and P-3 respectively. In virtual Court CRM-M-13951-2020 -2Learned State counsel contends that the petitioner had uploaded photographs of the complainant on Instagram and made obscene comments.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that FIR is outcome of misunderstanding between the parties and the petitioner shall make every effort to settle the matter and adequately compensate the complainant..."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for any further investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurpreet Singh, has not disputed the factual position and states that the petitioner is no more required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 06.07.2020 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
