**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (Oral) By way of present petitioner filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for transfer of investigation in case bearing FIR No.94 dated 20.12.2023 registered under Sections 325/323/34 IPC at P.S. Lakhewali, Sri Muktsar Sahib.

Upon advance notice, Mr. Siddharth Sandhu, Asstt. A.G., Punjab appears notice on behalf of the respondent/State and as per instructions from the Investigating Officer, informs the Court that the investigation has already been transferred to DSP, Malout and the same shall be concluded within a period of 04 (four) weeks from today.

In view of aforesaid statement made by learned State counsel, present petition is disposed as infructuous.
