Their apprehension is that widowed sister of the wife i.e. Sandeep Kaur-respondent no.3 might involve petitioner no.2 in false case and thus the present petition.
Keeping in view the circumstance of the case such an apprehension does not appear to be well founded. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere at this stage.
In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as premature. However, in case any complaint is lodged the petitioners would be free to approach this Court.
