(ORAL) The petitioner has approached this Court under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking quashing of the order dated 19.05.2017 (Annexure P-5) passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Panchkula, vide which the application for recalling the witness CW1-Prem Kumar, for cross examination, has been dismissed.

When this Court was not inclined to interfere in the petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of the present petition. In view of the aforesaid prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn.
