(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in FIR No. 136 dated 27.10.2012, for offences under Sections 15 and 25 of Narcotic Durgs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Kartarpur, District Jalandhar City.

Learned State counsel has filed the reply/affidavit of Deputy Superintendent, Central Jail, Jalandhar and the same is taken on record.

As per reply, the petitioner has undergone surgery and after the interim bail granted to him he has surrendered before the jail authorities. His condition is stated to be stable but occasionally he is having complaints of pain in abdomen and vomiting. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already moved an application to the jail authorities for his treatment for the aforesaid medical condition. CRM-M-26426 of 2014 -2Since the petitioner is suffering from serious disease, it is directed that he be taken to the specialist for further treatment of the pain in abdomen and the cause of vomiting through jail authorities, Jalandhar and the needful be done within 10 days of receipt of certified copy of this order.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the instant petition.
