(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular to the petitioner in case FIR No. 590 dated 13.09.2022 registered under Sections 363, 366-A, 376(D), 377 and 506 IPC and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 at Police Station Sadar Bhiwani, District Bhiwani. Learned counsel for the State has filed custody certificate dated 21.08.2023, which is taken on record, as per which the petitioner has been in custody as an undertrial for a period of 08 months and 29 days.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, at this stage.

Permitted to do so.
