Present appeal pertains to the year 1997. Vide order dated 08.01.2024 fresh notices were issued to the appellant as well as the respondents. As per office report, the sole appellant and respondent Nos.1, 2, 7 and 9 are stated to have died. Respondent Nos.3, 4 and 5 stand served, however, none has put in appearance on their behalf. Respondent No.6 was not found at the time of service and respondent No.8 is stated to be residing abroad. None has come forward to be impleaded as legal representatives of the appellant.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
