**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in case FIR No.553 dated 24.09.2017 under Sections 186, 332, 353, 307, 120-B IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Sadar Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar. Learned State counsel on instructions submits that all witnesses already stand examined and trial is at the fag end of culmination. In view of the statement of learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant case. Allowed as prayed for.
