(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for setting aside the order dated 16.03.2023 passed by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Barnala (Annexure P-1) and to allow the application (Annexure P-2) filed under Section 91 of the Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.59 dated 14.03.2014 registered at Police Station City Barnala under Sections 420, 467 468, 471, 120-B IPC for summoning the original file along with the surety bonds in dispute from the record of Punjab Agro Food Corporation, Sangrur or from the office of DFSE. The learned counsel for the petitioner has sought yet another opportunity to argue the matter.

CRM-M-15547-2023 - 2 - The learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that all the prosecution witnesses stand examined.

The learned counsel for respondent No.2 while referring to the impugned order dated 16.03.2023 contends that the record was perused by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Barnala and it was found that the photocopy of the surety bonds were in existence but the originals could not be found.
