The Reader of this Court has shown the reply through whatsapp as per which the detenue Bhupinder Singh was detained under provisions of Sections 107 and 151 Cr.P.C. as there was apprehension of breach of peace near Hindu Sabha College, Amritsar. It is further mentioned in the reply that aforesaid Bhupinder Singh has since been released on bail on 9.6.2020.
