Versus
State Bank of India
...Respondent
CORAM : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN MONGA Present :
None for the parties.
ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Matter was taken up for hearing on 31.01.2023, when none appeared for parties and Registry was asked to issue notice to learned counsels for the parties. Needful has been done. Office report reveals that both learned counsels for parties were informed through e-mail, yet none appears. It appears that by sheer effluxion of time, since appeal has been pending for the past almost 27 years, parties to lis have lost interest as none appears on either side.
In the premise, instant appeal is dismissed in default. Pending applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of. APRIL 11, 2023 (ARUN MONGA) Shalini JUDGE Whether speaking/reasoned : Yes/No Whether reportable :
Yes/No SHALINI BHATIA 2023.04.19 12:35 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/ judgment
