**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 120 dated 24.10.2015, registered under Sections 406, 498-A IPC, Police Station Women, Patiala. The petitioner has joined the investigation. The parties were sent for mediation but the petitioner did not appear and mediation had failed.

State counsel submits that 42 grams of gold was recovered which was lying with them but the complainant had not come to take it. Complainant is present in the Court.

Crl. Misc. No. M-2727 of 2016 -2caused injuries to the mother-in-law. He has referred to the judgment dated 28.7.2016.

There are no chances of settlement. Some recovery has been effected.

Looking to the circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 25.1.2016 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
