RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR.53 dated 23.4.2015 under Sections 406/420/120-B IPC at Police Station C Division, Distt. Amritsar. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner has been declared proclaimed offender on 9.7.2015, he is ready to surrender before the learned trial court within a period of one week from today and the learned trial court may be directed to consider his bail application, keeping in view the totality of facts and circumstances of the case, by passing an appropriate order, at an early date.
