RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.37 dated 22.02.2019 registered under Sections 457, 380, 427, 511 IPC at Police Station Sadar Mansa, District Mansa.
According to the prosecution, in the intervening night of 21/22.02.2019, petitioner along with his accomplice tried to break the ATM of Vijaya Bank installed at Village Thuthuanwali. He was identified through CCTV footage.
Learned counsel inter alia contends that petitioner is innocent. He has falsely been implicated. Petitioner is ready to join the investigation. On the other hand, learned State counsel vehemently opposed the bail application.
