**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) The petitioner through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is seeking directions to official respondents to conduct fair, impartial and unbiased inquiry with respect to complaint No.108-peshi dated 17.01.2023 (Annexure P-1) lodged by respondent No.5. Mr. Anmol Rattan Sidhu, learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has lodged FIR against the respondents and in retaliation, they have lodged the aforesaid complaint against the petitioner. It is a just counter-blast and attempt to deviate attention of the Investigating Officer.

Notice of motion.

Ms. Dimple Jain, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 1-State and submits that the jurisdictional authority would look into the representation of the petitioner and thereafter proceed with the aforesaid complaint in accordance with law.
