**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned action of the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 08.07.2013, the petitioner was appointed as Lecturer (School Cadre for Mewat); that the petitioner was deputed as Assistant Project Coordinator in the Office of District Project Coordinator, Samagra Siksha, Nuh and that vide order dated 22.04.2022, the petitioner as repatriated to his parent Department i.e. Directorate, Secondary Education, Haryana. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that for redressal of his grievances, the petitioner has issued representations dated 08.02.2023, 02.03.2023 and 27.04.2023 (Annexures P-6, P-7 and P-3), but the same have not been decided till date. He confines his argument to the extent that the respondents be directed to decide the said representations in a time bound manner.

On the asking of this Court, Mr. RS Budhwar, Additional AG Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State and submits that he has no objection if the aforesaid limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is allowed. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Director, School Education (Mewat Cadre), Haryana, to decide the representation dated 27.04.2023 (Annexure P-3) moved by the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the receipt of the certified copy of this order, by passing a speaking order, as per law. Respondent No.2 is further directed to look into the pay aspect of the petitioner, as well.
