**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 109 dated 19.11.2020, registered under Sections 413, 120-B IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, Police Station SGN Dev Thermal Plant, Bathinda.

Vide order dated 30.4.2021, passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 30.4.2021, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Navyugdeep Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above facts, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 30.4.2021 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
