R.P. NAGRATH, J. (Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No. 92 dated 15.04.2012 for offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B and 506 of Indian Penal Code (IPC), registered at Police Station Sahlawas, District Jhajjar.

The parties are ad idem that the charges have since been framed by learned trial Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instant petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail of the alternative remedy.

Disposed of with liberty, as aforesaid.
