(ORAL) The present first petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.27 dated 09.02.2023, registered under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Mataur, District SAS Nagar. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 29.03.2023, the petitioners have joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI L.K.Bhatti, submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and are not required for further investigation.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed. Interim order dated 29.03.2023, passed by this Court, is made absolute.
