The present appeal pertains to the year 1996. Vide order dated 11.12.2023 notices were issued to the parties. As per the service report, notices issued to appellant Nos.1 and 2 in ordinary course, through Sarpanch and SHO concerned, have been received back unserved with the report that no such village exist in Tehsil Jalandhar. There is no other address available with the Court for effecting service of the appellant Nos.1 and 2 except the one mentioned in the memo of parties and in the judgments and decrees passed by the Trial Court and the First Appellate Court and is the same on which the notices were sent. Mr. Munish Yadav, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent and has filed his memo of appearance, which is taken on record.
