Mr. Jasjeet Singh Dhaliwal, AAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the State and submitted that in case any complaint/representation is pending, the same will be disposed of by the concerned authorities at the earliest, in accordance with law. 4.

Counsel for the petitioner is agreed to the aforesaid proposal. 5.

In view of above and without going into the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.3 i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur to consider and decide representation dated 25.12.2023 (Annexure P-7) in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
