The present petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "Petition under Section 482 CR.P.C. For issuance of an appropriate direction to the official respondent nos.2 and 3, for taking appropriate action against respondents no.4 to 12 and also for protection of life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of private respondents no.4 to 12.

It is further prayed that respondents no.2 and 3 be directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner no.1 submitted by her dated 18.01.2019 (Annexure P-2) in the interest of justice.

AND/OR Any other appropriate order or relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the present case, may also granted in favour of petitioners.

It has been informed that previously also there was some dispute with the then Sarpanch, respondent no.4, which ended into a compromise. Petitioner has an equally efficacious alternative remedy, therefore, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to resort to the same.
