Learned State counsel submits that the petitioners had filed a petition i.e. CRM-M-41538-2023 for quashing of the same FIR which is the subject matter in present case and the same has been quashed vide order dated 03.11.2023 passed by this Court. As such, the present petition has become infructuous.
