On 30.04.2024 the following order was passed : "As per the service report, notice issued to appellant No.1 has not been received back either served or otherwise. Appellant Nos.2 and 3 were not found residing at the given address. Appellant No.4 as well as respondents No.2, 4, 5 and 8 have died. Respondents No.3 and 6 stand duly served, however, there is no representation on their behalf. Notice issued to respondent No.7 has been received back unserved due to incomplete address.

To await service of appellant No.1, list on 09.07.2024."

RSA-2996-1996 -2the given address. Appellant No.4 is stated to have died. No other address of appellant Nos.1 to 3 available except for the one as mentioned in the memo of parties as well as judgments of the Courts. None has come forward to be impleaded as legal representatives of appellant No.4. 3.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
