SURINDER GUPTA J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR No. 8 dated 06.01.2010 registered for the offences punishable under Section 380, 448, 452, 506, 511, 148 and 149 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Focal Point, Ludhiana.

Heard.

Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Gurmeet Singh submits that the case bearing FIR No. 8 dated 06.01.2010 has already been disposed of by the trial Court on 12.12.2016. Learned counsel for complainant-respondent no. 2 submits that the case was disposed of under the settlement between the complainant and accused party.

In view of submissions made by learned State counsel and counsel for respondent no. 2, the instant petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
