Through the instant petition, the petitioner seek anticipatory bail in case FIR No.99 dated 15.03.2020, under Sections 22b/61 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station City Sadar, District Fatehabad.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Satish Kumar submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.
