On the instructions of ASI Rajpal Singh, learned State counsel has informed that the petitioner has joined the investigation. She is not involved in any other case of similar nature. No recovery was also effected from the petitioner. It does not appear to be a case of custodial interrogation.

The petition is allowed and it is ordered that in case of arrest of the petitioner, she will be released on bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the condition that she will join the investigation as and when required by the police and will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation.
