Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of Criminal Procedure Code for seeking regular bail, pending trial in FIR No. 31, dated 26.05.2019, under Sections 341/323/148/149/379 of the Indian Penal Code (Section 379-A of IPC added later on vide Rapat No. 9, dated 30.05.2019), registered at Police Station Sadiq, District Faridkot. At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner (Jeet Mohammad) has been been acquitted by the learned trial Court vide order dated 23.08.2022, hence, present petition be disposed off as having been rendered infrutuous.

Ordered accordingly.
