NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Sukhwinder Singh, Phase -I, SAS Nagar (Mohali), submits that after completion of the investigation report has been presented before the Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar (Mohali) for according the permission for presentation of the cancellation report.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition, at this stage.
