Mr. R.S. Athwal, Advocate, for respondents No.4 to 7. PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) Instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to take legal action against respondents No.4 to 7, who are threatening to interfere in peaceful possession of the petitioners over the land in question despite injunction order passed by the civil Court in favour of the petitioners.

Heard.

Case of the petitioners is that respondents No.4 to 7 have caused injuries to them. In its reply State has averred that during inquiry it was found that no such incident took place.
